You will enter this 4 bedroom home (sleeps ) this is the perfect escape from the city, comprising generous accommodation, brand new modern kitchen with new appliances, open-plan living areas, 2 bathrooms, outside hot and cold shower, wood heater, split heating and cooling system.
Just the place to relax and soak up the sun on the alfresco deck which overlooks the expansive well-manicured garden, or just chilling out. Once the sun goes down you can venture around to the cosy fire pit and enjoy the peace and quiet. The house is just a short walk to the gorgeous Pearce's Beach and there are endless back beach trails to go adventuring along. To get to the local Blairgowrie shops and Bay beach is a quick 5 minute drive.
There is a beautiful pool and spa (heated for winter) for those days you don't want to hit the beach. Dimensions of the Spa 2.3 x2.3 (you can easily fit 6 adults) and the plunge pool is 2.3 x 4.3.
