Justin joined real estate agency industry in 2012. Prior to this he worked in property finance roles in Commonwealth Bank and ANZ and then managed a few large property development projects in Melbourne.
In the past few years he switched focus onto being a real estate agent, while still run his own small-sized development projects and arrange property finance for clients from time to time.
His unique background has allowed him to make objective but well-informed assessment on a property's market value. He will look at sale and re-sale of properties in the context of whole value chain and be well equipped to discuss with property developer vendors on new property and off-plan property sales. For the same reason, he is also great at discussing necessity and benefits of home improvement with clients.
Justin emphasises on strong work ethics, diligence in following up and attention to details. Vendors and purchasers both like him because he brings honesty and transparency into negotiations at the same time of achieving best results for vendors. He believes well-structured communications enhances, rather than hinders, purchasers' motivation to get a deal done.
